Return Policy
All returns and exchanges must be Pre-Authorized and returned within 10 business days of receipt (of original ship date). Returns and exchanges will be accepted only on products that have not been used. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
Once we have Pre-Authorized your return, please ship your package back to us. Please insure your returned package(s) as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. (keep your tracking number). Damaged returns will be refused. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
If you receive a delivery with a damaged carton, please refuse the delivery and contact a customer service representative at info@springboardagency.com
We will process your refund within 20 business days once your return package has been received by Psalm 91 Bandana. We will notify you via e-mail that the transaction has taken place.
